Caraleigh Mills is a designated a Raleigh Historic Landmark and is also
listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

Once the Fred Whitaker Cotton Mill, this historic building has been
converted into a loft-style condominium community.

Caraleigh Mills Home Owners Association

The Caraleigh Mills HOA Board is comprised of up to five homeowners, elected by the homeowners.
Caraleigh Mills is managed by York Properties.
