We have a sprawling dog park that has a secluded area for small dogs. There is also a gazebo for you to sit and watch your best friend frolic and explore.

   Large state of the art fitness center.    A variety of fitness equipment is available for all residents.
Treadmills, ellipticals, rower, free weights, weight machines, medicine balls, exercise balls, etc..

Community Building

In our community building, you will find our fitness center, game room, community room and board room. The community/board rooms can be reserved for private functions at no cost. Free WIFI is available in this building.

Community Herb/Vegetable Gardens

The Caraleigh Mills resident Garden Committee does a fantastic job managing our community gardens every year. Residents enjoy a variety of herbs and vegetables.
